TRAINING

PHCC will offer prospective and start-up business the skills and techniques essential for a successful launch. These training sessions will be conducted in a series of workshops. The workshops will be offered on an ongoing basis throughout the fiscal year.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

PHCC will provide our clients with business consultation on operations, marketing, biding, procurement, bonding and other relevant needs. PHCC will also interact between City, State and Government contracting opportunities and certifications.

LOAN PACKAGING

PHCC will educate and assist prospective, emerging and established owners in preparing loan packages. PHCC will network with lenders to provide added borrowing opportunities for our members. The Micro Loan Fund is available for qualifying members.
